Feral cats are a nuisance and an ongoing problem in our city.A few citizens have taken it upon themselves to make a positive impact on the problem,some out of compassion for the cats,others out of a desire to help rid their neighborhood's of feral cats.Trap,Neuter and Return has been proven to be the best solution to this particular situation.It is time that the persons practicing responsible TNR operations not be treated as criminals but with the respect that they deserve.
