Starting Monday August 6,The Palm Beach County School District will go against Governor Ron DeSantis’s protocol and voted to start mandating masks, social distancing and have even talked about going back to online learning. I believe the students of Palm Beach County should have a say in their lives, follow the Governors mandates, and not be forced to have to learn like this. The Palm Beach County School District has also said that students have to wear a mask even with a doctors note saying they can’t for medical reasons.What the school board is doing is unjust, unlawful and unamerican. Students of Palm Beach County sign this petition to get rid of the illegal mask mandate made by the school district.
