While we're all for helping out the less fortunate among us, this locker creates the impression of a permanent, homeless encampment and blocks both our access to and the view of the beach.  It also presents a safety hazard to cyclists and pedestrians alike along the Braude Bike Path.  We need Ocean Front Walk to be a clean, safe park and not the lawless outpost that it has become.  At the very least, such an eyesore, if it is to be placed so close to our magnificent shoreline, should require an Environmental Impact Report before it can proceed so that ALL residents of Venice will have the opportunity to express their concerns.
