AJ shot the man who molested his 5 year old little girl. This man had several previous reports and allegations and true findings of sexual abuse in the past but was never once punished for his crimes. The court did not allow crucial evidence to be seen or heard such as the mecial report stating without a doubt what this man had done to AJ's daughter. The man boasted and bragged about how he was friends with many law enforcement people and that he would never get caught. AJ's family has been around here for all of their lives and are very well known and respected. The people of our town love him and think only good things of him. AJ has been the sole provider and parent of his two children since they were born. He understands that what he did was wrong and now regrets that the decision he made has left both of his children without parents. They need him home. He was sentenced to 20 years. Our community does not see AJ as any kind of threat. In fact, we are outraged at the thought of him spending 20 years away from those babies!! Please help!!
