To all those who are frustrated by the ever increasing number of studies and "consultations" here is some good news from City West or what we always called West End. Held together by the anchors of Spotlight and Marketown, this area is in transition and it is certainly worth a look. Come into Town on the shuttle bus that has replaced our direct rail service (sigh) and get off at the Spotlight or Wickham Station stop.
