The problem is simple. With version 1.3 of Genshin Impact Barbara's voice has been changed from cheerful idol to depressed and tired nun.

The change was too drastic as the difference in both voices is way too big. The character who once brought joy now is making people sad and for many, she is no longer enjoyable to play.

We ask of Mihoyo to revert this change and make Barbara her happy self again. The change that happened so unexpectedly is honestly hard to stomach. So please, Mihoyo, reconsider your decision about Barbara's voice. As you can see, it made many players unhappy.
