There is a big problem with the rapid growth of the domestic rabbit population in the parks of Midstream Estates. Domestic rabbits were bred to be 100% dependent on humans. They are very fragile creatures and being outside in the parks poses a great health risk, both physically and mentally, for these rabbits. 
There is a lack of education regarding the proper care of the animals. We, the Virtual Bunny Club, alongside various rescues, such a Critter Rescue, would like to safely removed these dumped rabbits and make sure they lead long healthy lives with a loving family of their own.

One of our goals in to put up signs in die parks of Midstream to prevent people from dumping their bunnies. These signs will contain contact numbers of rescues that will gladly come and take the bunny. We also would like to have more ‘spotters’ in Midstream. These are people who will contact us in the event that they see a domestic rabbit in the Estate running in die fields/parks. This will allow use to save more lives.

This petition is aimed at getting Midstream Estates to allow us to put up signs in the Estate.
