To have and own bantam and standard chickens in the township of Middletown, in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The ability to have them as pets and to reap the benefit of the eggs, manure and antics they produce. Currently the ordinance bans keeping any chicken within the township, unless it is of 10 acres or more. What does that say for a homesteader who wants organic eggs and  does not want commercial eggs?  If we have a right to bear arms, why don't we have a right to raise chickens as pets with benefits?
