This is regarding Air pollution. Working in Mahape MIDC area nowadays is of risk for people due to its polluted environment. It is observed that during evening and night hours many chemicals are being released in air via chimneys as a byproduct of burning of waste or a part of processing of raw materials in many companies.

The smell is so pungent that it becomes difficult to breath. This environment is not safe for people working in the area. Also there is lot of dust in the environment as there is truck and big transporter containers traffic in the MIDC area.

Air quality index of this Mahape industrial area is degrading day by day creating health issues (specially lungs and breathing related issues) in both inhabitants in vicinity of the MIDC area as well as for mass of people working there.

So its a kind request to MIDC authorities to install Air purifiers throught the MIDC areas so that the quality of air is maintained under the safe healthy limits.

This installations will help in creating a safe and healthy environment for people to work. Also such measures should be taken care not only in Mahape industrial area but in every required area. This measure are helpful in maintaining a clean and healthy envirinment also can lead to reduce side effects such as global warming. This safety measures will help to maintain ecological balance in the environment.

So its a humble request to NAVI MUMBAI MAHAPE MIDC authorities to seriously take note of the issue and take the required action.
