Not getting it, are they?

recently Xbox has stated about a connection issue and Teredo error in Sweden as you can see in the picture, if it shows. I have spoken with Darrin Veit and following his instructions to help my problem with no luck. Proving the issue is global and not just Sweden! However he is still wanting to have a process of elimination and I have done everything to help and nothing is done. They won’t listen and see this being a global issue. Spread the word and get their attention about this issue. We need more to help
