I’ am one of many gamers of Xbox that loves to play with friends, when i can. However as of now 1 year. 5 months. 1 week and 5 days. I for one have been caught in a issue with Xbox consoles that causes their consoles to disconnect from the internet for no reason. I have tried everything into fixing it on my end to learn of the issue is with Xbox side of things, as after each system update can cause people to disconnect from Xbox Live/Network. I spent the first three months thinking it was my internet and done everything to find a solution with no resolve. I upgraded my internet too with fiber internet to be stronger and faster, but sadly doesn’t work. After I learned it was with Xbox after a system update in the past. I tried contacting them for a long time on the issue to be push aside with this issue becoming worse. The issue is known with Xbox consoles being connected to the internet perfectly fine, but then the Xbox Console would disconnect from the internet for no apparent reason and then reconnect like nothing happened. This is a bug that had been left alone by Xbox for a long time and took a few of us to contact the Lead Programmer of Xbox to hear about us, but fear that we may not be listened again. The issue can disconnect gamers every 10 - 30 minutes every day with nothing to stop it. People that use ethernet cables have been having the issue with nothing to help too. This issue had been happening long enough to have the new Xbox Series S/X being affected by this issue too. And with everyday going by, more and more people are being affected by this issue. With nothing from Xbox/Microsoft saying anything about fixing the issue as they are unaware. I just want everyone to play games with no issue like this affecting us anymore. It ended up being so bad that people wanted to refund their consoles due to the issue and it upsets me. I hope this issue is resolved soon, but we need more awareness from Xbox to acknowledge this issue and fix the disconnecting bug that causes Xbox Consoles (Xbox One, S, X. Xbox Series S/X) to disconnect every 10 - 30 minutes on a daily basis is not a fun thing at all. All i wish for is this issue to be fixed as soon as possible, so gamers can be happy and I would be able to play with my friends again. We all deserve to have fun with others, please help show awareness to Xbox on the issue and help have this disconnecting bug fixed. I became a Xbox Ambassador to help others and spent over two months now reporting this issue with nothing being resolved by Xbox. I report for myself and others to help get this resolved, as I even came across a YouTube video that proves the issue too from the YouTuber ‘SOLAR CARNAGE’ as he shows an accurate proof of the issue with over 700 comments mostly saying the same thing, they have been affected by this disconnecting issue with more being recent. Please help us, end the disconnecting issue and show awareness to Xbox on how serious this issue had became for them
