Fix communications and compensate for not providing service we pay for

Fix communications and compensate for not providing service we pay for
The Issue
It is likely that thousands of people who have come out of a suspension on Xbox live are experiencing issues with communication. Everyone seems to have the same problem, where they can hear others in a party, but can not be heard. Some of these people, including myself, have gone weeks (maybe more) with this issue. Now, we have to pay for the full Xbox live service. And since this full service is not being provided, nor is anyone updating us on our issue, we demand that Microsoft and the XBLPET explain to the community what they are doing to fix the problem, and how they will be compensating us for not providing a full service in exchange for our money.
Anyone who has come out of a suspension is aware of this issue, as well as the support teams. Support has left us with nothing except "try power cycling" and "we're looking into it." The last time anything has been said about this issue was almost a month ago, and it's an issue that has been going on for nearly a year. The advice they provide continuously is not a fix. This is a problem with the enforcement team, who will not speak of it. They claim on their Web page that everyone matters to them, and we are accountable for our actions, yet they aren't doing anything for any of us. Therefore, we are requesting 3 things. And because we are PAYING for this service, you must oblige. Not only will you provide a fix for this issue, but you will compensate for everyone who has had to make a new account and spent money on a service that is not complete. The third request is that the Xbox live enforcement team will update the community on a daily basis on what they're doing to solve this problem.
