Microsoft has made recent changes to Windows 10 such as the Universal Windows Platform and Universal Desktop Window Manager, both of these "advancements" in Windows history use a lot of GPU Resources, as though the CPU is here to take care, for gamers it is a big problem, since games have to get lowered graphics to correctly run, if you want to run a game at maxed out setting you'd have to invest in a $19,000 or $25,000 computer, most gamers have a max allowed budget of $3,000 and that won't be sufficient enough soon as Components prices are climbing thus gamers have to lower their expectations on specifications, thus having either Low-End or Mid-Range computers, only rich gamers can currently afford High-End computers, all of this due to Microsoft and Prices.
