Stop Windows 11 from Requiring a Microsoft account to setup a PC.

Stop Windows 11 from Requiring a Microsoft account to setup a PC.
The Issue
Microsoft has pushed it's changes on us without asking for feedback or hesitating on their hairbrained ideas before questioning who will be effected. This is the last straw. Windows 11 has officially revealed that it will no longer support creation of local accounts to setup the machine. This will stop the setup procedure of thousands of tech support companies over the world, not to mention the implications of having a Microsoft account tied to every machine in the form of spying on the user. This affront to technology is an overzealous attempt at Microsoft to gain control over the lives of the users they once created their platform for.
We could include the complaints of Cortana, Edge, and other adware that is forced on the standard user by Microsoft on the creation of an account, local or online. We could include the telemetry settings that scan your hard drive for anything Microsoft deems as "Illegal" or basically anything, as they scan your whole Hard drive to find these potentially illegal software. The invasion of privacy ends here, at the local account. A staple of the operating system and a feature that cannot be removed by Microsoft for their own maligned intentions.
As a Technology user, administrator and professional; local account creation on startup is one of the most important features in setting up every computer. Having the ability to create a local account instead of tying computers to a Microsoft account is imperative to creation of machines that are all the same as one another. If you force Microsoft accounts to be part of the equation, eventually, the tech setup Microsoft account will be tied to too many PCs to function properly, and the following PCs will no longer be setup the same way, as they will require a new Microsoft account. The whole system is convoluted and impossible to function in a business environment. Windows has always presented users with the options to create the OS most suited to their particular needs, until now with windows 11.
This petition is to tell Microsoft that we need local accounts on bootup of windows 11, home, pro and education alike. Local accounts being removed is the greatest mistake Microsoft could make for Windows OS going forward. It will cause thousands of companies to begin suggesting linux Operating systems for business environments for the easy installation and setup.
