Microsoft Sharepoint allows Windows users to connect and share files via a beautifully elegant app called OneDrive for Business.  It's been six months since the long, long delayed OneDrive for Business app for Macintosh was released.   Upon installing it, I was immediately dismayed to learn that, unlike it's Windows counterpart, it cannot peform this simple task: synchronize a Sharepoint library to my Mac desktop.

Mac users began voting on this suggestion in January, 2015 at https://onedrive.uservoice.com

However, Microsoft stopped receiving user feedback on this issue in February.  The project manager, Reuben Krippner, responded, saying simply "Right now our focus for mac sync clients is OneDrive only".  Effectively, we were told to stop asking for this feature, and were prevented from submitting any more votes.

This is not good enough.

We are Mac users who need this functionality, and resent being relegated to second-class citizenship.  We use Sharepoint every day in our business, and are tired of telling our users that Microsoft is not listening to Macintosh users.  This feature is critical for our users, and we respectfully request that this feature is implemented right away.

Please add your voice to this petition, and help make OneDrive for Business feature parity between Windows and Mac a reality.
