Every day foreign hackers use this program to blackmail our elderly citizens into forking over hundreds of dollars.  They get our senior citizens to allow them access to their computer posing as Microsoft Certified Engineers, and when they realize it is a scam, refusing to pay anywhere from $300 to $600, they run the Syskey program and demand payment for the password.

Syskey is not needed by the average user in any way. We are simply asking that Microsoft disable the ability for this program to function, or at least require that the program mandate that the Admin password be entered prior to running and that a warning message be given with a 60 second delay timer that will allow the user to cancel the request. 

This simple act will keep thousands of our senior citizens from being blackmailed by these hackers.
