Microsoft Xbox Live Enforcement Team. No Contact or anything? Abusing Players.

The Issue

I am having a big issue with Microsoft Xbox.

I was suspended on the 02/04/2016 until the 16/04/2016 for apparently cheating. My Account was compromised and one of my games was modded. I then emailed the publishers of the game Rockstar Support who said that they could restore my character back to legitimacy once the suspension was over , so thats what I did.

I did not realise at first that my Account was modded due to the fact that I have a medical condition which is that I cant process information as quick as what other people do and I take medication to help with that. I tried to explain this to the XBLPET but they did NOT listen.

My character is now back to legitimacy, however the Xbox Live Enforcement Team have just suspended me until the 31/12/9999 for Cheating which I have NOT done what so ever as my character was fixed so they had no reason to suspend me but they have again.

I think that they are abusing there players for no reason and I am innocent.

There is also no way to contact The Xbox Live Enforcement Team apart from a Case Review in which they dont even listen to you, they just copy and paste what we already know and they do NOT answer your question that you want answered. You can only explain your issue/problem in 500 characters which is quite impossible as this is a big issue and I cannot fit this into 500 characters and they do NOT listen to you as you can only say so much.

Please help me it would mean a lot. 

You can see in the picture that I have attached that my GTA5 Online Character is clean it also got reset. 

You can see that it has been reset as it says my total gameplay is 14hr which proves that I have had my character reset by Rockstar Support and they can even vouch for me. My Level is 122 because Rockstar put it back to my original level.

I have tried to contact the CEO of Microsoft and the Head of Xbox via Twitter trying to get some support but they havent noticed me yet.
