It’s not fair for Microsoft to permanently ban our account and not be able to transfer purchased games, DLC’s, etc. to another account. They are basically stealing our money. People have been growing their accounts since they got it and for it to be gone forever with lots of purchased content is ridiculous. I want people that agree with me to help me out with this so that we can AT LEAST recover our purchased content back and move it to another account.

Xbox have made that if you get banned on one specific account, you cannot connect to xbox live. Expanding on this, you basically lose ALL access to online services, you cannot DOWNLOAD your OWN GAMES that YOU paid for, nor licence transfer them over to another console until the suspension is over, however if your console has been banned, you need to buy a NEW xbox to use those games again. If your account has been permanently banned, then access to downloading games, licence transferring and online services are denied forever. Meaning, you cannot redownload the games you payed for.
