Dear Microsoft,

As Office users, we are not happy with the anti-customers experience you are doing with the last version of Office (2016).

First of all, it's impossible to download and activate Office 2016 without a Microsoft account and that's very not helpful for everyone. You are pushing everyone to get online and go with Office 365, but not everyone want to loss his money into subscription fees. We should be able to activate our Office software without Microsoft account with this solution :

1. Buy your Office installation in retail store or Online to get your key
2. Go on Office website
3. Enter the key
4. Without any Microsoft Account login, you can see how many installation left and a download link to download office 2016.
5. If you uninstall Office from your PC, it will re-add the number of installation left.

I don't know what's so complicated about that. It's just very easy and something that every customers would love to see happens. Instead of working with account, it work with key. For people who already bought an Office installation, you should allow them to unlink the key to the account and only install with the key instead of with Microsoft Account.

Secondly, you should make that any Office key can allow installation on 2 devices instead of one. Did you ever think about families who don't want to pay a suscription based service like Office 365? I'm one of them, but I'm sure there is a lot like that waiting and are keeping Office 2010 because of that. It could entirely work without Microsoft Account for installation as you read above. For people who already bought an Office installation, you should update the key for 1 more device.

Finally, Microsoft Office team should allow to put more new features in updates for EVERY Office customers instead of Office 365 users only. That's what I'm talking about here.

You are writing in the comparison chart that Office users who prefer a definitive version will not be up-to-date. What's wrong with you Office team? We are all customers, we are all paying, so we should have the right the get the same features as everyone else. Personally, I don't care about Skype or OneDrive (I will pay them Separately if I want), but we must have an up-to-date version of Office with all new features. An idea could be that when you release a new Office version (let's say Office 2019) you stop updating Office 2016 with new features (but continue security updates). I don't know what's so hard about that?
