A full 10% of these users rate the app at the lowest level possible. A further 12% rate the app at 3 stars or 2 stars. This petition is for these 2,200,000 people.

Look to WhatsApp (53,758,128 android users) or Facebook Messenger (41,513,220) as an example of seamless and consistent performance from apps used by more many many more people.

As a 'business critical app' - Skype should be as reliable if not better than these consumer-centric apps.
