After all the videos I watched on YouTube about the Xbox live Enforcement team, as I see the policy in regards to profanity and harassment has gone too far. Too solve this problem, my suggestion or idea was to change the policy to where it is not too strict or too overbearing to the common consumer base. In my opinion this is one of the main reasons why more people are on Play Station than on Xbox. If you have been communications banned then you know what I'm talking about and I would rather have a good time on Xbox than to not be able to talk to people for a ridiculous reason to be honest. Please consider my petition. :)
