Remove the MechWarrior franchise rights from Piranha Games Inc.

The Issue

PGI is destroying the franchise, years of empty promises. Years of flat development. Doesn't meet the original idea of the MechWarrior franchise. PGI is not developing the game true to MechWarrior lore. PGI is not holding up to their developments promises.
