Personal pronouns are a fundamental part of communicating with other human beings. This is especially important for transgender, non-binary, and gender non-conforming people. With 145 million users on Microsoft Teams, how many are feeling silently excluded by the lack of this simple feature? Zoom and Slack have already done it and Teams can too. Unfortunately, Microsoft has shown little interest in developing this feature. It is still not on the development roadmap despite numerous requests on techcommunity and uservoice.
