As we no your dog and your cat have a microchip with the owners details in, if the pet is ever lost and found they get scanned.. but personally these days they need to be updated…  so that in the microchip they have a tracking system in place so the owner can keep track with a app in place There is technology out there but it they need to come together and make the microchip a whole lot better and the less worry’s of knowing where your pets are. 

There’s many pets that go missing, it could be round the corner, or in someone’s garage that they don’t no about, there’s many pets that can’t be found, unfortunately there’s many pets that get taken. 

if everyone can sign this we can try out hardest to try and make this happen, then we no where our family pets are. We love our pets we never want them missing… this could save time, stress, and heartache.. 

please sign for your family pets and get this microchip updated 

This is to get a word out to who makes the microchips and vets etc…

EDIT - my point is that they have a tracking system that you can then have a app that you can track, not just scanning when found etc… so when you have a pet that has gone or wondered you can see where they are if it’s too long missing you go to them, or if someone has found the pet you no where they are go to the nearest vets, home, etc if handed in …  the microchip can confirm your details to say that your family pet is yours is well, 

!!! it is the owner’s responsibility to keep the update of the microchips owners details! But the tracking will definitely help!!!

update - 21st Feb 2024 - So far all over social media I have even seen in our Area that many cats have gone missing, and there’s so many post about have you seen my kitty, if only these microchips had trackers this would help the owners track the pet.. please keep signing and sharing, and thank you to all that has signed! 
now the law is that every cat has to be microchip so we need to keep pushing for trackers to be involved.
