To establish grounds, the main focus of this document is not to have a go at you. Not at all. But to perhaps persuade you to reconsider some options as they may be better in the long run for both yourself and also our community.

We, as passionate and caring members of this community, feel that we have not only the right, but the responsibility to speak our minds on changes happening to this site that we may not agree with.

All of us have taken the time to sign this document in the hopes that this will make the message loud and clear. Your effort--while most would say is unwarranted--is appreciated but unanimously unwanted. Your track record from the past has proven to cause nothing but problems for our community and things don't seem to be going in the right direction from what we've gathered over the past 48 hours.

We would love to have you as part of this site and we’re sure you’ve made your contributions in one way or another. But steering this ship may not be your best role.

We hope you will reconsider,
