Judge Kathleen McCarthy ordered a Michigan man to pay child support for a kid that isn’t his.

An appeals judge upheld the ruling mandating he pay $30,000 in back child support to his ex.

1. Judge Kathleen McCarthy knows he isn't the father and doesn't dispute this fact
2. Judge Kathleen McCarthy is being vindictive because the defendant was able to get his story heard
3. Judge Kathleen McCarthy has shown that they are unable to effectively use the power and position to make judgements and should be removed immediately.

Judge Kathleen McCarthy believed in "Guilty until able to prove otherwise" and blamed the defendant for not taking it upon himself financially to prove his innocence in a court that was stacked against him.

Judge Kathleen McCarthy further shows "outrage" at the fact that the defendant was able to secure competent representation after a news station broke the story.

Judge Kathleen McCarthy criticized the news station for sharing the story, without saying why. This lends significant evidence for behavioral-control problems and should be the basis of an evaluation.

Judge Kathleen McCarthy then lies in her address to the court saying:

"I am outraged at the media for the willful misrepresentation of the facts of this case" - yet she shuns all responsibility to cite which facts were wrongfully reported. This is irresponsible and, frankly, troubling. This Judge should not be getting money from the tax payer.

"Casting this court in a negative light" - again gives a strong indicator to behavioral problems - who in their right mind would assume saying something negative about something is always wrong? The Judge made this statement as if it was a self-evident fact of wrong-doing.

"With little to no facts to support these claims", again the Judge deliberately says something without specifics or basis. I believe the Judge should also be fined and required to pay all costs for this case, including all costs related to the employees of the state involved with this case and to repay the state.

 Judge Kathleen McCarthy should be:

1. Suspended without pay
2. Investigated and evaluated 

The outcome of this could be:

1. Found unfit to be a judge, disbarred
2. Found culpable and ordered to pay all costs of the case (and any others)
3. Evaluated for mental conditions with subsequent recommendations
4. Made to explain and apologize to the defendant, the tv stations and the court as to why the Judge made those actions.
