Robert Jensen Schwander is responsible for the brutal slaying of 16 year old Carly Lewis on June 2, 2011. He was sentenced to 40 to 70 years. Thus far, he has received 3 resentencing hearings and is working on a 4th, trying to reduce his sentence. Two judges have explained in length why they were justified in this punishment. It needs to be upheld.
