Our mission is to get House Bill 4326 (2019) passed in the State of Michigan which would effectively remove the criminal conviction question from employer applications and require criminal backgrounds checks to be done after the interview process to ensure a fair opportunity of employment for second chance citizens...There are 1.8 million returning citizens and ex-felons in the State of Michigan. Over 70% are at risk of long term systemic poverty and 80% of their children will be subjected to the same fate if these fellow Michiganders are not provided the same opportunities as every other Michigander to earn a living via gainful employment to provide for their families.  Every child of God deserves a second chance and what better State to reflect such values than the great State of Michigan. Lets support HB 4326 (2019) and make it happen for our families!
