This petition is to ensure that Terrell Tomer Jr. of Utica, Michigan gets THE MAXIMUM PENALTY for abusing and breaking several bones of a 11 month old French Bulldog Puppy named Nugget.   The attack was vicious and brutal; all caught on a Ring camera. He has since been arrested but was released. His court dates keep getting postponed.

After seeing a vet after Nugget was rescued, it has been revealed that Tomer had been severely beating and torturing her endlessly.  She had skulll, spinal, rib, both rear legs, pelvic and multiple jaw fractures. We are convinced that Nugget would not have survived much longer around Tomer. Are we waiting for another dead dog to be outraged? I sure hope not.

Here we are almost a year later and Tomer was a no show in court today. 11/29/2021. The judge issued a $30, 000 dollar bench warrant for Tomer and his current lawyer withdrew from the case.  Enough is enough!!! Tomer needs to be in jail for not complying and then serve maximum time for his heinous crime.
