It is very important that this officer receives equal prosecution in court that you or I would face. If this isn't done, the officers out there who take DO take advantage of their job, will walk free every time they commit a crime like this, completely denying us our constitutional rights. Had you or I done this, we would have our weapons taken away, our hunting license's stripped, hefty fines, jail time, etc.. It is unconstitutional what he did, and what others have done, and we need to set the standard in court so they know they will not get away with it anymore.
