Label Antifa a Terrorist Group in Canada

Canada's concerns are for the dangerous active group of people who call themselves Antifa. They are at every rally we patriotic Canadians citizens go to. They bring weapons and cover their faces with rags and masks. Antifa has groups all across Canada who communicate through Facebook and Twitter. They brag about their beatings on the civilians. They post pics of who they hit or what they have destroyed. Antifa continually threatens our lives on a daily basis and send us personal messages on all social media. I have some of these threats saved which I have sent to Justin Trudeau, Iqra Khalid and Mr. Andrew Scheer. Nothing is being done about this group. We, Canadians who want to help Canada, who do work, who do care about our country are afraid someone is going to get killed next at one of these rallies. We have already been quelled by Justin Trudeau. Anyone who speaks out about Antifa we get quelled on facebook or twitter and are either banned for 30 days or suspended for life on Twitter. I feel this will eventually lead us into a civil war if nothing is done about Antifa and name them for what they really are. Terrorists. The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms guarantees the freedom of expression, freedom of association, and the freedom of peaceful assembly. Throughout our history, protests have been a key way for people to express dissatisfaction or support for important decisions taken by the government or other powerful bodies. In Canada protesters can be charged for a few things:

Causing a disturbance – this can include loud fighting, shouting, swearing, chanting, or singing in a public place, as well as annoying or getting in the way of other people in a public place. Causing a disturbance can be punished with six months in prison or a $5,000 fine.
Common nuisance – this includes stopping people from exercising/enjoying their rights or endangering the lives, safety or health of the public. Common nuisance can be punished by up to two years in prison.

We, in Canada we have a guideline to follow when protesting. Our question is why are the police not doing their job?  During the 2012 Quebec Student Protests and the 2010 G-20 protests in Toronto, many protesters wore scarves or masks to cover their faces. In response, the Canadian government passed Bill C-309, which makes it illegal to wear a mask or disguise during an unlawful assembly, with a punishment of up to 5 years in prison. If you wear a mask during a riot, the punishment is up to 10 years in prison. The majority of Antifa members have face coverings. And they have committed violent crimes and do bring weapons. We are you asking you, as a true Canadian to label Antifa as a Terrorist group.
