After a very traumatic puberty and very serious family troubles, mistreats, abuses and divorce of my parents, I found myself again in a very difficult time. Since my son has born my parents hasn’t let me live my maternity in peace.

My father threatened to report me to prosecution of minors in Galicia in 2010 and its many friends supported by contacts as judges and politicians. This was because my unwillingness to obey his commands to live in Galicia controlled by him. My parents were not the best parents in the world, quite the opposite. They started a persecution against me with daily complaints to rid Thiago and discredit me as a mother. A complete obsession and persecution. All these complaints reached the community of Madrid where I lived and that umped the alarms. How can it be that parents denounce his own daughter? , Although among them there were always many complaints so the "demanditis" is very normal for them. (Being a lawyer / politician and doctor and coming from a family of important political figures this was normal even between them both).

I've had a great career as an international model, actress, designer, manager. Being a public figure has not helped me. I was accused of being Miss Galicia 2000 and a model and that my job is incompatible with my motherhood. In those years (2010-2013) my mother had a restraining order that prevented her from approaching or communicating with my son and me.

Still they insist using money, corruption and influences. The Community of Madrid was about to retire the custody of Thiago, but never did it.

It was proved a totally irregular record.

I was a good mother. They gave me the custody. The Community closed the case and this nightmare was over.

As you can see everything was already solved at that time.

Following my interview with the magazine: INTERVIU, I met again with my first love. We put land in betweenall this and we moved to the US, native country of my partner. Let my lawyers in charge of everything in Spain.

Obsessive, my mother kept acting and I was "ordered" to attend a psychosocial evaluation in Madrid when I was pregnant with a high-risk pregnancy in US. Following this second pregnancy I was detected a genetic mutation of the prothrombin accentuating blood clotting problems . A thromboembolic disease that prevented me to travel. A pregnant women should be relaxed and not subjected to such pressure and flights. My lawyers submitted all relevant documentation justifying my inability to travel to Spain. We were all at peace and happy in New Jersey. Thiago was safe.

Following my health problems I tried to make peace with my mother, I did not know that she, behind our backs and taking advantage of knowing I came to Spain for personal and professional issues resorted once again a sentence at the 1st instance where the judge said he did not give her custody of the child. My parents along with Their lawyer started a campaign of letters filled with insults and slanders against me. Also they start suing the Community of Madrid who has been defending me since 2013 and fighting against my parents and their lawyers. My parents Lawyers has accused me of serious things (I reserve the corresponding criminal legal action for now).

On May 23, 2016 I was going to report the loss of a wallet at 5pm and I was with my 2 children going to police station to police station until 4 am! As they was deceiving me and told me I had to go to one last place to give my address and I could go home with the children. The placer was the GRUME ( child protection services) where I met a lady who acted violently, and forcing me to leave my oldest son there without giving me any kind of explanation and saying that I am not part of this! (If I am the mother! How can I not be part! God!). Thiago red as a tomato and crying and her brother running behind him at 4 am and I told this officer that I would not leave Thiago there to which she replied by threatening me to send a patrol and put me in jail. An also threatened to take away my younger son too.

It was an illegal retention there was not any notification nor is today and had to execute the order. No court presentation, anything. It was an illegal and abusing action. They violated our rights and not heard the prayers of Thiago. Law 8/2015 tells us that children have the right to be heard from birth in the presence of experts and acted against my son will causing irreversible trauma. I try to reassure that everything will be corrected and go at 9 am to prosecution of minors and the prosecutor explained to me that the GRUME has not tell me the truth and that Thiago had not slept there and it was in a shelter that was not clear what was but could be Isabel Clara Eugenia Center.

Denounced by many people including deputy Isabel Serra can. I didn't sleep... from there I went to Family court 27 and a lot of institutions that had great secrecy and said I was not part of the procedure but thank God I found a very good officer who explained to me that this came from my mother.

Days pass and trying to figure out what was happening. It turns out that in March 2016 the procedure between my mother and the Community of Madrid thanks to repeated complaints from my parents and their lawyer (all this information no one notified me, thanks to a person that I appreciate I finally obtained this information) To a judge on duty it appears that he is punishing me for not having gone to the psychosocial evaluation I was called when I was living in US. And against the positive reports from the community of Madrid They require the community of Madrid to take custody of my son, which I reiterate today still do not receive any notification. My parents and Their lawyer have wrong the strategy because they did not receive the guardianship and the child went to a reception center also without notifying me they changed it to another shelter. We are shattered. It is the worst possible nightmare. There is an alleged case of corruption and illegal detention. It was a total Lack of objectivity and Thiago has not been treated as a subject entitle to his rights. They separated him from his brother! And his mother and family without any foundation which is an abuse and especially when my child cries and begs to go home. My child no longer has a cheerful and mischievous look. He is Shattered, looks down, stutters, pee on himself showing how scared he is without me.

I see him once a week and when he see his brother they are so happy to be with each other and when we have to separate we are destroyed and crying.

I want to thank the new reception center where they are helping us a lot and are impacted by our case and wish to return Thiago. The little babie cries for his brother, he shouted and hit things because he doesn't know any other way to express his sadness and how much he miss his older brother Thiago. Somewhere you have to leave all the pain, helplessness, sadness he feels. Not like my parents / his lawyer still did not withdraw the complaints because they are on the beach while his grandson is in a reception center and his other grandson and daughter are going through an ordeal. This does not have God's forgiveness. Obviously I take the legal action in due course.
