As of 4/7/2020, garden nurseries in New Mexico will not be allowed to stay open. This petition is a request to allow garden nurseries to stay open for purchases paid for online or over the phone and delivered. We must ensure that citizens will continue to have secure access to seeds, seedlings and plant starts for their food and gardens. It's that simple - keep the nurseries in business for delivery so that New Mexicans have access to their food growing needs!
