Michael Vick is a pro football player, he was convicted of dog fighting and animal abuse and sent to prison. Now he wants to be an advocate for Pit Bulls.  As a dog lover, Pit bull advocate I think he should make restitution for his actions by donating $5 million dollars to animal shelters in the United States.  This is important because there are a significant number of animals that are in kill shelters through no fault of there own - shelters simply cannot accommodate them.  There are also a number of shelters in desperate need of funding.   A donation of $5 million dollars will help tremendous.  If this does not resonate with you, then feel free to delete.  I am not hear to judge, I just feel that this money will go a long way to help animals that are currently in kill shelters and shelters that need funding.
