It was my father, David Rappaport’s intentions for his wife Frances to have the full use of all his assets and keep his wife in the comfort of her own home of 47 years after being married for 71 years. They both worked all their lives to earn the money and the right to die at this home surrounded by all her family and personal belongings and feared dying alone. She is without adequate protection. David Rappaport passed away at 95. Please, please , I beg of you to help support this petition to save my 97 year old mother, Frances’s who is struggling with Alzheimer’s.

My brothers Michael and Richard Rappaport , Ellie Burton, the Court, the Guardian Madeleine S. Egelfeld and ltheir awyers, have obtained an order to move my mother out of her home to get control of her assets before she is dead.

Alzheimer’s is a terrible disease and once you get it you are at the mercy of others. Moving her from her home of 47 years will kill her much faster than the disease.
