Missourians absolutely need their Pandemic Benefits reinstated immediately. Having entire incomes taken all at once has made a huge impact negatively for so many families. There are other steps that could have been taken and a better way to “wean” Missourians away from Unemployment benefits. President Biden signed the Cares act to help all Citizens during the pandemic Covid 19. Missouri is currently a hotspot and we are being neglected. Most families that were receiving UI DUA or PUA no longer qualified for any other assistance so this was their only income . Payment arrangements were made, evictions on hold due to financial obligations made with the date September 2021 being the last day of benefits.  Child care is another Huge factor as well , We must take care of Missourians!! We are all we have!!
