Michael Schmidt, Michael Ilgert and numerous other dairy Canadian farmers have been for years trying to inform the Canadian public that pastured raised raw cow milk is safe. The 1990 Milk Act is riddled with inconsistencies, originally designed to benefit (and lobbied for by) the industrial milk industry. I have been drinking raw milk since I was a young lad, in France, and from my great-uncle cow's teet for 1/3 of my life. I am 52 years old and very healthy.
