I want to help reduce global warming by having meatless Monday in Douglas County Colorado at all schools. My teacher gave me this idea because if we do this it will reduce the meat we eat, this means that global warming will be reduced. This is because when cows release gas methane gets released into our atmosphere and causes global warming. Also the meat goes through factories which burn fossil fuels that means carbon dioxide is being released into our atmosphere which causes global warming.
