Guthrie is convicted of Aggravated Murder and Abuse of a Corpse in the death of Ashland County resident Tammy D. Offhaus on September 29, 1998. This petition will be represented to the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections Parole Board. We the undersigned are opposed to inmate Michael Guthrie, inmate # A367582, being granted release as he remains a security risk to society.
