Firstly thank you to the 1500 people who have so far signed this petition who want to see the government do something about this mounting environmental issue! We are now looking to push Phillip Hammond to include a charge on coffee cups in his Autumn budget that's coming up in November. We think the 2bn coffee cups that the UK throws away every year is a disgrace and that the chancellor should do something now to stop this from becoming a landfill disaster.
