200 signatures and the SNP to debate the idea

Thanks to all you guys for being involved and getting this petition to reach 200 signatures! In other news a coffee-cup tax is to be debated at the SNP conference this year. If it is supported, the Scottish government would be expected to take the idea on to see if it would work. Hopefully, like the carrier bag levy being introduced in Wales in 2011, the devolved nations can lead the way.
