Stop Right to Work Law in Michigan
Stop Right to Work Law in Michigan
The Issue
I’m 2012, Michigan passed a law (Code Section: Michigan Compiled Laws, 423.14) called “Right to Work”. Essentially, this law eliminates the voice of workers in the workplace by limiting bargaining rights, diminishing the ability of unions to represent members and advocate for fair working conditions. With your signature, this will allow the people of Michigan to put the “Right to Work” law on the ballot for repeal so that it may be stopped.
