Mayor Hancock vetoed the new law EARLY. This was a mistake on his part and will come back to bite (no pun intended) him when he’s up for re-election. HOWEVER, we can override this veto with 9 city council votes. We already have 7 locked in from the original vote and we just need to flip two. Two members were not present during the original vote. KEEP SIGNING! It’s really hard to flip votes but it’s not impossible!
