The playing of music between the hours of 11:00 pm and 7:00 am is unlawful if it is audible from the outside of the building:

The rule is that if you can hear it from over 100 feet away they have to turn it down. Yet the law is ignored every single night, as those of us who live around S Miami Ave know very well.

Have the city force the rule!
