Miami Dade County is looking to shut down miamimx Park. Please help us let the city know how important it is to keep our track open. We don’t want to lose our mx home. Please contact your local representatives and let them know why this track is important to you. We were not aware until recent the city was looking to close our park. We received a notice six months ago we had to clean up the facility, we’ve done our best to achieve this goal at a great expense and effort from the borrego family. After we cleaned it up, we left only the equipment needed to operate the facility. But we were then told, we have to remove even the equipment because track will be closed. The news to shut down the track has come as a shock to us. Please help us to keep our gates open. We are heart broken that we may be losing the only track in south Fl
