The owner/developer, GL Homes, has scheduled a virtual Community Town Hall for June 1 6:30pm on zoom to discuss the plans for the proposed 550 home development on our 168 acres of green space intended to be protected until 2067!.

Recent news: You may have heard us on WLRN or seen the front page Miami Herald article or the Miami New Times article focused on the endangered Florida bonneted bat foraging (and possibly roosting) on the former golf course. The Miami Herald also published this OP-ED on how Calusa residents feel shut out of life changing zoning decisions. We are working hard to voice our concerns and spread awareness throughout the County!
