Rasha Cameau, Mayor Cava's Assistant Director, contacted me to inform me that Commissioner Souto's letter repealing "4C - ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 22-8 RELATING TO THE WESTCHESTER MUNICIPAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE CREATED TO STUDY THE POSSIBLE INCORPORATION OF THE WESTCHESTER AREA" was going to be on the agenda of the upcoming Board of County Commissioners April 5th meeting.

The Board of County Commissioners meetings are held downtown Miami and start 8 AM. Rather difficult site and time for most of us to attend in person, being we either work or are senior citizens. I expressed my concern to Ms. Cameau who suggested emails supporting the repealing can be sent to the following: "For Email address for your area commissioner and additional commissioners you may wish to reach out to please visit: https://www.miamidade.gov/global/government/commission/home.page

Additionally, you may write to the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners at Basia.Pruna@miamidade.gov" I SUGGEST YOU EMAIL SOUTO, but MOST IMPORTANTLY THE CLERK OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS. WE MUST FLOOD THIS MEETING WITH OUR EMAILS.
