It seems that the Commissioner Souto's Town Hall meeting scheduled for today Thursday 03/10 at 7 PM has been cancelled. Residents are reporting that they have called the library and they have been told that the meeting has been cancelled. Residents are also calling Souto's office but the office is not answering the phone.
