PROTEST AGAINST THE INCORPORATION OF WESTCHESTER!

This was posted in the Facebook group, protesting on Saturday in front of the Westchester Cultural Arts Center at 11:30 AM, Souto is there for a ceremony.
We need for for everyone to show up at Tropical Park and protest on the unveiling of a statute that Souto is promoting. We always have this money left over at the end of the fiscal year but our residential roads haven’t been paved in over 30 years, but he travels to South America for the cattle event here in our district. We don’t have farm land in Westchester. So is that what he spends our money on? This effort has to be that everyone attends not just a couple of people. We will lose Westchester if only 20 show. We are doing flyers and need for people to stand in public areas and hand out these flyers as well as to our neighbors. We need for people to speak to their neighbors, many of which might not have Fecebook or Nextdoor and do not know what is going on about this incorporation or are not informed of the dates and or process. If you don’t want it to incorporate we need to knock on doors and place flyers to all the residents.
At the meeting on 03/08 we will be getting emails, phone numbers and addresses to let everyone know what they are trying to do behind our backs. This is a fight that we all have to be involved or our taxes are for sure going to be high. At the town hall meeting on 03/10, we need to speak to Soto and let all commissioners in Dade county know that we have had enough of the back door deals and not caring for the residents of Miami Dade.
Once Westchester becomes a city they want to change zoning to allow developers to build buildings and impact our traffic, taxes and lives! It is all about the money!!!
We should say NO to the INCORPORATION of our BELOVED WESTCHESTER!
NO to more DEVELOPMENT! This a mostly a single-home residential area! We love the peace and quiet of our area!
NO to HIGHER TAXES and CORRUPTION to pay for salaries, pensions, commissions and kickbacks for politicians, developers, employees and government officials!
