Univision coverage on Wednesday, February 9th, by journalist Ivan Taylor.  Univision is the only outlet I see covering this so far. The reporter, Ivan Taylor specifically asked the Commissioner about the consent requirements and he literally had no answer; they just summed it up by saying "we no longer do that anymore." As to the prospect of higher taxes and costs, all he could say was "it depends on how the new city is administered."

Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! Evasive answers from the man who is single handedly pushing this through. Shame on Souto!
